Refund Policy

 All approved returns are eligible for store credit only — we do not refund to the original payment method (bank, card, UPI, etc.) & Store credit is issued as a coupon code or wallet balance, valid for future purchases. Contact our support team for details.

Exchange Policy

At AASNAAYA, exchanges are available only for size issues, damaged products, or incorrect items. Exchange requests can be raised only once within 7 days of delivery through our Return/Exchange Portal. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged, and the replacement will be dispatched after inspection. A flat ₹159 exchange shipping charge is borne by the customer. If the requested item is out of stock, the exchange will be processed once it is restocked. Please allow 15–20 days for the complete exchange process. Exchanges are not applicable on festive-season purchases, including Diwali, Holi, Navratri, and Ganesh Chaturthi. In case of a size issue during these festive periods, you may purchase bigger available size.

Return Policy

At AASNAAYA, we aim to make every return simple and transparent. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery through our Return/Exchange Portal, where all return-related details and updates are shared. The product must be unused and unwashed, with its original tags and packaging intact; returns without tags will not be accepted. A flat ₹199 return shipping fee is applicable only once per return request and covers the forward and reverse courier charges already incurred by AASNAAYA. Once the returned product clears our quality check, store credit will be issued within 1–3 business days, also Return are not applicable on festive-season purchases, including Diwali, Holi, Navratri, and Ganesh Chaturthi. In case of a size issue during these festive periods, you may purchase bigger available size.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Return and exchange requests are not applicable for products purchased during sale, discount, or special offer periods, or for requests raised without prior approval or outside the applicable 7-day window. Returns are also not accepted for personal preferences such as style, change of mind, not liking the product, or similar reasons, including cases where the product size is larger than required. During festive seasons, including Diwali, Holi, Navratri, and Ganesh Chaturthi, returns and exchanges are not applicable. If the required size is unavailable, you may purchase a bigger available size separately.

If reverse pickup is not serviceable at your pincode, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse. Once the product successfully clears our quality check, ₹99 will be issued as store credit towards your shipping cost. In case the requested product or size is out of stock, the return or exchange cannot be processed immediately. However, if it comes back in stock within 7 days from the date and time of your request, AASNAAYA will contact you from our side regarding the available option.

Undelivered Orders

If an order remains undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, no cash refund will be issued. The eligible amount will be retained as store credit after deduction of the applicable shipping charges. This store credit can be used towards a new order. If the new order value is higher, the customer will need to pay the difference; if the new order value is lower, the remaining balance will continue to remain available as store credit.
