RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY – AASNAAYA

At Aasnaaya, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Each piece is crafted with care, and we are here to assist you in case you need support with your order.

REFUND POLICY

All approved returns are eligible for store credit only.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method (bank account, card, UPI, etc.).
Store credit will be issued as a coupon code or wallet balance, which can be used on future purchases.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN 

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Size issues
  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are applicable only for size issues, damaged, or incorrect products.
A request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Reverse pickup will be arranged after approval, and the replacement will be dispatched post inspection.
Exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

  • If item is out of stock, we can't exchange till we restock the item

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR CUSTOMISED ORDERS

  • Each customised piece is made exclusively for you.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on customised orders.
  • However, in case of an error from our end (wrong size, design mismatch, or damage), we will provide a replacement.
  • The Shipping charges are paid by customer only if they purchased on offer

RETURN POLICY

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns without original tags will not be accepted.
  • A return shipping fee of ₹199 will be applicable.
  • Once the item passes quality check, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

  • Products purchased during sale, discounts, or special offers
  • Customised or made-to-order products
  • Items returned without approval or beyond the allowed timeframe

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

  • If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
  • Refunds will not be applicable.
  • However, the amount will be retained as store credit.
  • You can use this credit to place a new order.
  • If the new product is higher in value, the difference must be paid.
  • If it is lower, the remaining balance will be adjusted.
